Why Story Beats Matter

Short videos still need structure. Even in a 20-second edit, the audience should feel a beginning, middle, and payoff.

Hook (0-3s): Lead with movement, emotion, or a surprising visual.

Build (3-12s): Layer context with fast but readable pacing.

Payoff (12s-end): End on the strongest shot and clear call to action.
